The contents page of 'Country Music Weekly' is not like the majority of music magazine contents pages. This is because it only has one column.
At the top of the page there is a large picture of Taylor Swift which matches the one used on the cover. The background is white and the writing is blue and black which flows through from the cover page carrying on the modern and simplistic feel of the magazine.
The layout of the contents page is all in 1 column, which allows it to state quickly and efficiently what the rest of the magazine contains, whilst simultaneously using the space available effectively.
Using extracts like 'Midnight special' allows for the audience to get a feel for the audience and want to see what its referring to therefore making them want to read the article associated with it.
